Please reach us at hello@cgsigns.net if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Contact one of our sign specialists via phone, email, or schedule an on-site visit. This fact-finding step is where we’ll gather all the information to determine what solutions will work best for your project. Typical information we’ll need to know:
• Project Location and Address
• Type of required signs (interior and exterior)
• Timeline for the project
• Any established budgets to work within
Once we’ve learned enough about what solutions we can offer you, we’ll provide you with a written proposal with budget numbers. This budget will allow us to work together on refining the scope of your project.
Once we’ve narrowed down the scope and budget, we’ll collect a retainer so we can begin work on design, permit research, and engineering. Once we complete those items, we can provide you with a more accurate written estimate with as many variables accounted for as possible to prevent any surprises later on.
Our design team will create a set of detailed designs to accurately represent the signs and graphics necessary to meet your visual requirements. You’ll work with our designers via an online proofing system that allows you to view and comment on designs, as well as approve them electronically.
Now that our designs are final and we know what we’re creating for you, we can provide you with written estimates on the total cost. Once the quotes are approved via our online Quote Review portal, we’ll collect the deposit and begin bringing the designs to life.
As a licensed general contractor, we take care of all permit matters and ensure appropriate approvals from municipalities are obtained.
Manufacturing time will depend mainly on the complexity of the scope of your project, but in general, these are our standard lead times:
Vehicle Graphics and Wraps 1-3 Weeks
Non-Electric Signs 2-4 Weeks
Channel Letter Signs 4-6 Weeks
Monument Signs 6-8 Weeks
Pylon Signs 6-10 Weeks
Digital Display 10-12 Weeks
Once we get ready to install your new signs, we’ll work with you to determine a date and time for our crew to be on site. In the event of a new ground sign, we’ll preemptively request utility locates and ask that you locate any private lines (irrigation, landscape lighting, etc.) Once the install is complete, we hope you can stand back and marvel at the custom project we’ve created especially for you.
